Marketing Strategist
We are currently hiring for this role in CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, MI, MS, MT, NY, NV, NC, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, or WV.
- Own client relationships and serve as their strategic marketing advisor.
- Develop and present data-driven marketing strategies focused on ROI and pipeline growth.
- Lead discovery and onboarding for new clients with confidence and clarity.
- Create and manage omni-channel campaigns that may include digital advertising, content strategy, SEO, ABM, email marketing, and more.
- Execute core components of your strategy—this may include writing sales emails for ABM campaigns, conducting lead scoring or persona development workshops, setting up targeted email nurtures, developing landing page copy, and optimizing conversion paths.
- Oversee all campaign execution in partnership with your Marketing Project Manager and a team of specialists.
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting and present performance insights in monthly and quarterly client meetings.
- Actively manage the profitability and growth of your client portfolio.
- Stay on the cutting edge of inbound marketing trends, always bringing fresh thinking and new ideas to your work.
- Minimum 1 year of recent, hands-on experience using HubSpot (required).
- 3–4 years of experience in a client-facing marketing role.
- Proven track record of creating and executing strategies tied to lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing, ABM, SEO, CRO, digital advertising, and marketing automation.
- Comfortable communicating with senior executives and presenting strategy with confidence.
- Highly analytical and passionate about leveraging data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and video communication skills.
- Relationship-driven with a client-first mindset.
- Self-motivated with strong project ownership and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience working remotely is a strong plus.

Business Development Rep
We are currently hiring for this role in CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, MI, MS, MT, NY, NV, NC, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, or WV.
HIVE Strategy is a full-service digital marketing agency focused on supporting B2B companies worldwide with their digital marketing strategy and execution.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at HIVE Strategy, you will be responsible for expanding the current customer base by using prospecting strategies and technology to identify new opportunities. In this role, you will be required to develop custom and unique outbound sales strategies including but not limited to, prospecting, networking, lead qualification, cold outreach, social selling, CRM management, attending conferences and more. Once a BDR has an understanding of the company, responsibilities and industry, they will also be responsible for leading high-level discovery calls with prospects and creating proposals to then move forward sales qualified opportunities. In this role you will report directly to the Director of Sales.
This high-impact, high-visibility position allows you to directly impact the growth and success of the agency and our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Develop a deep understanding of HIVE’s target industries, buyer personas, client needs, and common pain points.
- Develop an understanding of HIVE’s services and offerings.
- Develop an understanding of HIVE's software and technology partners to sell their products and services.
- Conduct sales campaigns, cold calls and cold emails to prospects across a number of industries.
- Update and maintain detailed notes and sales process within our HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop new outbound strategies.
- Ability to lead sales conversations, both via phone and video call.
- Create, coordinate, and manage multi-channel sales campaigns.
- Stay informed about inbound marketing industry trends and developments to utilize within your outreach.
- Ability to hit sales metrics and KPI’s consistently.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of conceptualizing and launching sales outreach campaigns connected to pipeline and revenue growth.
- 1+ years of sales experience. B2B experience preferred.
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage time and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Curiosity and a strong desire to continually grow and learn.
- A strong strategic thinker comfortable talking to senior executives.
- Proven relationship-building skills and client communication experience.
- Strong work ethic with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working remotely in similar roles is strongly preferred.
Compensation:
Base Salary - $45,000
OTE Year 1 - $75,000+
OTE Year 2 - $90,000+
OTE Year 3 - $110,000+
