Marketing Strategist
We are currently hiring for this role in CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, MI, MS, MT, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, or WV.
As a Marketing Strategist at HIVE Strategy, you will serve as a strategic client account lead, where you will be researching, developing, and communicating strategic marketing plans to achieve clients’ goals. You will work directly with a marketing project manager and a team of cross-functional marketers to execute your marketing strategies for our clients. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients, focusing on campaigns (goal setting, ROI, planning, strategy) and outstanding client management to provide a successful client experience and substantial value in leading clients' digital and marketing programs.
This high-impact, high-visibility position allows you to directly impact the growth and success of your clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with clients to develop goals and marketing strategies with a strong focus on ROI.
- Act as an extension of your clients’ own teams by developing and nurturing deep relationships; serve as a unified point of contact for client retainers and projects.
- Lead the discovery and onboarding of new clients
- Create, coordinate, and manage omni-channel campaigns which may include advertising and conversion path strategy and implementation.
- Lead a team consisting of a Marketing Project Manager and cross-functional marketers to execute.
- Present monthly reports on actual campaign performance and additional strategic recommendations based on a strong understanding of performance data and the next steps in growing clients' digital performance.
- Collaborate with sales in the new business process to ensure new clients have a clear understanding of their potential engagement.
- Proactively manage the profitability and growth of your portfolio of clients.
- Analyze performance data during quarterly business reviews to ensure tactical execution is meeting client goal projects
- Stay informed about inbound marketing industry developments and utilize these developments to benefit your clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of conceptualizing and launching marketing campaigns connected to pipeline and revenue growth.
- 3-4 years of client management experience required.
- Proficient in a variety of marketing functions including inbound marketing, ABM, SEO, CRO, marketing automation, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
- Mature and calm client management with a strong video presence.
- Curiosity and a strong desire to continually grow and learn.
- A strong strategic thinker comfortable talking to senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and create campaigns based on customer requirements.
- Passion for data and how to use it to identify marketing opportunities.
- Critical thinking skills and the desire to lead.
- Proven relationship-building skills and client communication experience.
- Strong work ethic with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working remotely in similar roles is strongly preferred.
Salary:
- $65,000 - $75,000/year DOE
