About Project C.U.R.E.

Project C.U.R.E. was founded in 1987 to address the staggering shortage of medical resources around the world. Since our humble beginnings in a garage in Colorado, Project C.U.R.E. has become the world's largest distributor of donated medical supplies, equipment and services to doctors and nurses serving the sick and dying in more than 135 countries.

With marketing efforts spread across Mailchimp, HubSpot, and other tools, Project C.U.R.E. struggled with a fragmented system that made workflows clunky and inefficient. Tracking donor engagement, managing campaigns, and onboarding new team members took more effort than it should have. Heading into a critical fundraising season, they needed a streamlined, centralized solution.

Our team—Chris and Catherine—worked closely with Project C.U.R.E. to consolidate everything into HubSpot, migrating contacts, building out essential tools, and ensuring their team had everything they needed to execute campaigns seamlessly. The HIVE team of Chris and Catherine have been an enormous support for our HubSpot Marketing onboarding. They made the set-up process very easy for me, even though we had some complex asks and are still missing some integral aspects. They listened well and were very detailed in building out our requirements, helping me share details on requests that we need in HubSpot, and training the team on how to use the tools they had created for us. When we had feedback, Chris and Catherine both quickly made those changes for us. The guidance from these two made my end-of-year fundraising much easier to handle since the backend technical and development aspects in HubSpot were expertly handled for me.
